How do I request a refund?

Steps to cancel your subscription and requst a refund will depend on how you originally signed up for your Expectful membership. 

 

If you signed up for Expectful on our website

If you signed up for Expectful through Expectful.com and would like to receive a refund please email us at care@expectful.com within 30 days of the original charge. 

 

If you signed up for Expectful through the iTunes App Store or iOS app

Anytime you make a payment through the App Store, it’s handled through your iTunes account. Unfortunately, we’re unable to refund your money directly, but the good news is that Apple can help.

  1. Visit getsupport.apple.com
  2. Select iTunes Store then tap "Subscriptions and Purchases" and click "Request A Refund".
  3. You'll be provided with several options for contacting Apple.

We also recommend confirming that your subscription is canceled to avoid charges in the future. You can cancel your subscription by following these steps.

  1. Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store.
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
  3. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
  4. Tap Subscriptions.
  5. Tap the subscription that you want to manage, Expectful
  6. Please click on "Cancel Subscription"


If you signed up for Expectful through the Google Play Store or Android App, please see the steps of how to cancel below:

Anytime you make a payment through the Play Store, it’s handled through your Google Play account. Unfortunately we’re unable to refund your money directly, but the good news is that Google can help.

Follow the instructions on this page either on your computer or your Android device.

We also recommend confirming that your subscription is canceled to avoid charges in the future. You can cancel your subscription by following these steps.

  1. Go to the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap the menu on the top left.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage, Expectful
  5. Please click on "Cancel Subscription"
